JD Moshier – Candidate for GAVAR Board of Directors
JD has lived and worked in the Antelope Valley since 1980 and has been involved with real estate in one form or another since the late ‘80s. In 2010, he decided to make it his career and joined on as a RE/MAX All-Pro agent. Prior to this, he worked in retail for 20 years at Albertsons and more recently held the position of Operations Manager for the Aero Club at Edwards Air Force Base.
JD has served on the GAVAR Education and Technology Committee for 3 years where he worked on sub committees for the Appy Hour and Edu-Tech and is currently chairing the Lunch & Learn workshops for the 2013 year. He has also served on the MLS committee for 2 years and this year, began as a member of the LGR committee.
In 2011, JD was recognized by GAVAR with the Rising Star Award. His success in real estate is attributed to his experience, professionalism, and commitment to deliver quality service in an area in which he truly enjoys living. He has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local marketplace, and continues to educate himself on the latest trends. He takes pride in his attention to detail and puts forth all his efforts into understanding his clients’ needs.
